Booking & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Date Scene Co.! We’re honored to set the scene for your special moments. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please review our policy below.
Booking Requests
- Submitting a booking request form does not guarantee availability.
- A Date Scene Co. team member will review your request and confirm details within 24 hours.
- Once confirmed, a deposit (amount to be determined) is required to secure your date.
Cancellations
- 7 days or more before the event: Your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days before the event: Deposits are non-refundable.
- Within 24 hours of the event: Full payment (if already made) is non-refundable.
Weather
- All setups are outdoors unless otherwise arranged.
- If weather prevents setup, Date Scene Co. will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge.
- The client is responsible for providing an alternate indoor location if required.
Client Responsibilities
- Date Scene Co. provides décor, furniture, lighting, and ambiance only.
- We do not provide food, beverages, or alcohol.
- Clients are responsible for securing venue permission, complying with local regulations, and ensuring guest conduct.
Photography & Promotion
- Date Scene Co. may take non-identifiable photos of your setup for marketing purposes.
- If you do not wish to have your event photographed, please let us know at the time of booking.
